Kevin founded the firm after various stints in key financial and legal institutions over the last 10+ years.
Kevin’s experience has been focused on the Mother Continent at the very outset of his career. His last position within MCB Capital Markets, the investment arm of The Mauritius Commercial Bank group, the oldest and amongst the top 20 biggest banks in Africa was very much relevant in his decision to establish the firm. There, he was exposed to various private equity, debt capital markets, M&A and asset management assignments with a strong African element. Kevin has the overall responsibility of the firm with key roles in strategy, business development and oversees the executions of mandates. Kevin holds an LLB and LLM from the UK and is currently pursuing the professional Corporate Finance Qualification delivered jointly by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW) and the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (CISI – UK).
Ms. Oumila Sibartie, BSC, MSC, ACI, ACIS

Oumila is a multi-faceted financial professional with over 20 years of experience in the global financial markets including the U.S.A., U.K. and Mauritius.
She has worked for Bloomberg LP for 11 years in the U.S.A and London where she was instrumental in major projects for global investment banks and asset management clients. Oumila has occupied senior management positions at top banks in Mauritius including the SBM and ABSA Mauritius (ex-Barclays Mauritius). During her financial career, she has been heavily involved in several areas of the financial markets including multi-asset fund and portfolio management, research, investment advisory, implementation of trading systems and development of structured investment product solutions and training. Oumila brings unique insights into product engineering especially with respect to capital raising mandates and business development for the firm. Besides a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Akron (U.S.A.), she holds the ACI Dealing Certificate from the Financial Markets Association (France) and an International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI – U.K.) of which she is an active member.

Mr. Avnish Dassyne, BSC
Senior Transaction Adviser
After graduating with a BSC (Accounting & Finance) from Bath University in 2010, Avnish has worked in corporate finance in various reputable institutions in Mauritius namely PwC Mauritius, MCB Capital Markets, IBL Group as well as for a large diversified conglomerate in Ivory Coast.
During his career, he has gathered significant experience in matters of financial modelling, due diligence, investor presentations, mergers, acquisitions, debt capital markets, project finance, as well as extensive capital raising mandates in Mauritius and Africa. Avnish is in charge of leading the execution and completion of mandates in the firm. Avnish is also a level III CFA candidate.
Mr. Toshak Gopee, LLB, ACCA
Manager
After completing his LLB from the University of Mauritius, Toshak joined PwC Mauritius in 2010 and worked towards his ACCA membership which he achieved in 2012.
During his 7 years there, Toshak has gathered extensive experience in audit, business reviews and financial advisory engagements. He has been exposed to various industry sectors including manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare and financial services. He has also been involved on high-profile insolvency engagements for major banks and public sector bodies in Mauritius.
Management is supported by a team of senior personnel and analysts who have deep understanding of corporate finance acquired from investment banking, private equity and big 4 accountancy firms.
